Welcome to Erie Valley's annual Golf Outing. We spend countless hours helping our community in their time of need and now we are asking for your help. While you're having a fun time golfing with friends, family, and co-workers, you are allowing us to be able to provide uniforms for our crews, provide funds for our yearly appreciation dinner, and provide tools and resources to continue helping our community.

This years Golf Outing will be held on July 28th, 2024 at Lyons Den Golf Course in Canal Fulton, Ohio

8am shotgun start!

The cost is $85 person or $340 per team.

If you wish to support our event, we are asking for a donation of $75.00. This donation will get you a sponsorship sign that will be displayed at one of the 18 holes visible for all golfers to see. The last day to submit for a hole sponsorship will be July 12th, 2023.

Coorporate / Company Sponsorship

Platinum Level- $1,000.00 donation
• This includes one team entry, a 3’ x 5’ company banner visible to all golfers throughout the outing, 6 golf carts with your name as the cart sponsor and 6-hole sponsor signs

Gold Level- $500.00 donation
• This includes your name on a sponsor banner visible to all golfers throughout the outing, 4 golf carts with your company name as the cart sponsor and 4- hole sponsor signs

Bronze Level- $250.00 donation
• This includes your name on a sponsor banner visible to all golfers throughout the outing, 2 golf carts with your company name as the cart sponsor and 2-hole sponsor signs.
